How can I get Cole Hamels or The Hamels Foundation memorabilia donated for my fundraising event?

The Hamels Foundation supports a select number of charitable organizations and education institutions with in-kind donations. Donations of select The Hamels Foundation or Cole Hamels items are made to charitable organizations and education institutions serving the greater Philadelphia, PA, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, and Springfield, MO communities served by The Hamels Foundation. Per policy, The Hamels Foundation does not accept any requests for personal appearances or personally autographed items by Cole Hamels. All requests must be made using the Autographed Item Fundraising Event Request Form and adhere to our policy standards.

How can I get Cole Hamels to autograph an item for me or purchase Cole Hamels autographed items?

Thank you for your interest in a Cole Hamels autograph. Due to an increased demand for autographs on fan provided items, The Hamels Foundation has established a policy of requiring a $100 donation plus $25 shipping & handling fee per autograph per item. Donor must provide the item to be autographed and mail to The Hamels Foundation office below. This includes any item that you send, including baseball, jersey, cap, photo, baseball card, bat, etc. Each item autographed is $200 plus $25 shipping & handling fee and must be paid for in advance.

For an additional donation of $50, personalization (To: Jim) or inscriptions (2008 W.S. MVP) may be requested.

All donations and orders must be made through our online store.

After completing the online process please mail copy of paid receipt, personalization/inscription request and item to:

If more than one item per donation is shipped, The Hamels Foundation will select the item to be autographed and return the remaining items without an autograph.

Due to a very busy travel schedule both during season and the offseason, please allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of any item.

How can I apply for a scholarship from The Hamels Foundation?

The Hamels Foundation will be offering college assistance scholarships for students for the upcoming academic year. These scholarships will be available only to students graduating from Buffalo High School, Buffalo, MO; Eldon High School, Eldon, MO; Springfield, Missouri High Schools, Springfield, Missouri; and Rancho Bernardo High School, San Diego, California. Please contact your High School Counselor for details.

How can my school apply for a grant through The Hamels Foundation?

The Hamels Foundation is currently accepting applications for their annual Partners in Educations Awards for the Springfield, MO, Dallas-Forth Worth, TX and Philadelphia, PA, as well as their surrounding communities. Grants will be reviewed by our Grant Selection Committee and awarded based on available funding and grant guideline criteria. The deadline for grant submissions is March 15 of each calendar year. Awards will be announced no later than June 1 of each calendar year.

NOTE: Funding for technology-based requests will not be considered.

How can my nonprofit organization apply for a grant from The Hamels Foundation?

The Hamels Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals from other nonprofit organizations. Those grant requests will be accepted on an invitation-only basis.
